David Taylor Dance Theatre was an huge port of founder’s Peter Strand life. Becoming a member of the company in 1988, it was his first professional dance company. After retiring from dancing full time in 2008, Peter returned and also became one of the company’s photographers and designers…along with dancing part time. In these pictures, he photographed his fellow dancers between times he was dancing with them.
